Another favorite of oppressive regimes worldwide that modders have been kind enough to develop for Fallout 4 is the FN FAL SA58. This mod by Wanamingo doesn’t only introduce the weapon, but also comes packed with a Kukri knife and some military uniforms for you to role-play a one-man African militia trying to take control of the Commonwealth. If you are using mods found at the Fallout 4 Nexus you will need to do a bit of messing around in the game’s install folders. Thankfully, Fallout 4 Nexus have made a video that quickly explains. An alt his overhaul mod where you play as soviet minuteman against German ww2 invasion of USA the mod has a lot of features. You can hire minuteman (who are communist soviets) from the workshop, there is an ak-47 gun added, The Brotherhood are ww2 style Nazis, The Raiders are neo-Nazi militias and the Gunners are German Freikorps (if you join the brotherhood the gunners become friendly (the raiders wont become friendly and still be hostile though)). There is also more stuff in the workshop and the posters have been converted to ww2 propaganda. there's probably more features in this mod that I missed to mention:
Turns out if you did the sanctuary quest for the minuteman the Brotherhood will turn hostile, maybe doing the brotherhood quest fire support first and then doing the sanctuary quest will make them both friendly
